An intimate venue for energetic discussion between career educators and employer recruiters. We will be covering the following topics:

• Student Programming – best practices, new initiatives, challenges.
• Recruitment and job posting policies – international roles, commission based roles and other gray areas
• The use of student development plans
• Student engagement and attendance
• Hot Topics

 Employers:

• Best practices for attracting students on campus
• Application and recruitment process best practices and challenges
• New and emerging graduate programs
• Focus groups and Surveys – receiving feedback from students on your recruitment efforts
• Hot topics

 Both:

• Complete review of the Fall 2010 campus recruitment cycle – highlights and challenges
• The use of social media in student recruitment and educator initiatives

Networking Evening:
